Breathwork Breaks For Mental Well-Being

May is mental health awareness month, so there are even more reasons to invest in your wellness. WellFests is on a mission to make well-being feel like a festival, and we’re stoked to announce a new partner in that effort.

Our friends at Othership are joining the WellFests community in May 2022 to offer top-tier breathwork facilitation choreographed to excellent music tracks.

Beyond the shadow of a doubt, these sessions will be the most fun you’ll have doing breathwork ever.

Othership’s breathing app has 500+ tracks to help get a natural boost of energy in the morning, extra productivity in the afternoon, and unwinding into better sleeps at night.

From “Up,” “Down,” and “All-Around” practices on their platform, festival-goers will be able to choose the right track for their vibe. All sessions will be eyes-closed, reducing the significant eye-strain that virtual workforces have been racking up over the last 2+ years.
